CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping costs for product delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any applicable warranty certificate and user manual.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation and must refund the total amount within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement until the issue is resolved.
If the buyer cancels the order:
- Payments made in cash will be refunded within 14 days.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and must not accept damaged or defective goods (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) from the courier.
Once accepted, the product is deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must protect the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, provided that the seller is notified via the contact details below:

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
For service contracts, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed.
If the performance of the service begins with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 14 days via registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions stated under “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal.”
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the delivered product must be returned.
(If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Returns cannot be completed without a return invoice.) - The product must be returned complete, including its box, packaging, and all standard accessories, without damage.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents that put the buyer under obligation within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and must collect the returned product within 20 days.
If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages proportionate to the fault.
However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period.
If the use of the withdrawal right causes the order total to fall below a campaign limit, any discounts applied under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
Products that:
- Are customized or prepared according to the buyer’s personal needs
- Are not suitable for return (e.g., underwear bottoms, bikini bottoms)
- Are single-use items
- Have a risk of rapid deterioration or expiration
- Are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
- Are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated
- Are periodicals such as newspapers and magazines
- Are digital services or intangible goods delivered instantly
- Include audio/video recordings, books, software, or data storage devices whose packaging has been opened
Additionally, withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started with consumer consent before the withdrawal period ends.
Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, CDs, and consumables (toner, cartridges, etc.) can only be returned if unopened, unused, and undamaged.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer defaults on payment made via credit card, they agree to pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the bank and accept responsibility.
In such cases, the bank may take legal action and claim any related costs and attorney fees. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any damages due to delayed payment.
