PAYMENT & DELIVERY TERMS

1) Bank Transfer / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can make payments via bank transfer or EFT to any of our TRY accounts at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi Bank.


2) Credit Card Payment via Our Website

You can make online payments using all major credit cards, either as a single payment or in installments via Akbank.

For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process.

In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.


3) Refund of Order Amount

In case your order is canceled for any reason, Lotus Mikrobiyal will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within 3 business days.

However, you are required to provide your bank account and/or credit card details accurately and completely to our finance department.


4) Delivery

We strive to ship your orders on the same day.

For products that require additional supply time, the shipping period is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. In case of possible delays, you will be informed.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where you are available during the day.

Your orders will be processed according to the delivery method you selected at checkout. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via Yurtiçi Kargo.

After order confirmation, your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.

You may contact our customer representative to discuss alternative delivery options.

Note: Delivery services are available only within Turkey.


5) Payment Tracking

If the system fails to complete the transaction due to any issue, the visitor will be informed on the payment page.

If there is an error in the provided address and delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by the customer is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is placed.

We are responsible for ensuring delivery not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please pay attention to the following:

  • If you suspect that your package has been damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in the presence of the cargo company representative.
  • If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the cargo company.

Once the product is accepted, it is deemed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
